• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a signed contract and deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• EventBliss reserves the right to make changes to packages and pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and cooperating with the EventBliss team throughout the planning process.
• EventBliss will not be held liable for any delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as natural disasters or vendor issues outside of our control.
• Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by Singaporean law.
